Fit To Glow
My fitness journey started in 2016 during college, but life—COVID and pharmacy school—required me to press pause. Between 2021 and 2025, my priorities shifted as I focused entirely on achieving my academic goals. During that time, my weight increased from approximately 120–150 lbs to over 200 lbs, which affected both my self-esteem and hormonal health. Now, post-graduation, I’m reclaiming my health, rebuilding consistency, and stepping back into the gym with purpose.
My goal with my fitness coaching brand is to help people who see themselves in my story—moms navigating weight gain after childbirth, college students whose routines were interrupted, and everyday individuals who simply need the motivation and structure to start again. I’ve created a 3-month weight-loss program that combines realistic nutrition guidance with sustainable workout routines to help clients rebuild consistency, confidence, and long-term healthy habits.

Food Discovered is a food and culture platform dedicated to exploring dishes, ingredients, and food traditions from around the world. We highlight where foods come from, how they’re traditionally prepared, and what makes them unique—while also breaking down their nutritional value in a simple, approachable way. Our goal is to celebrate global flavors, encourage cultural appreciation, and help you better understand the foods you enjoy as part of a balanced lifestyle.
